How long does a phone repair take?
It depends on the repair and on the part. Many are ready the same day. Diagnostics are free, and we tell you the cost and the timeline before we start.
Can I pay for my phone over time?
Yes. We work with Acima Leasing: approvals run from $500 to $5,000 and you pay in installments. You can apply yourself from your phone, in a few minutes. Approval is handled by Acima, not by the store.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Stop by any time during business hours. If you're coming in for a repair, message us on WhatsApp first and we'll let you know whether we have the part in stock.
Which countries can I send money to?
We send worldwide. We work with Barri, Intermex, Ria, ViaAmericas, Afex and Maxi, so there's almost always an option for the destination you need.
Can I pay my bills there?
